Important: The Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi currently issues only MRP passports, valid for five (5) years. Please note that e-passports are not available at this time.

Required Documents

Fill out the MRP Application Form along with the following:

1 Original Passport with one photocopy

2 Copy of Valid Indian Visa as proof of legitimately staying in India

3 Original NID / Online Birth Registration Certificate (BRC) with one photocopy

4 02 (two) recent passport-size photos in white background

5 For students: Bonafide letter and original copy of Student Identity Card issued by the Educational Institution with one photocopy

6 Residence proof

7 Copy of Marriage Certificate (if staying with Indian spouse)

8 Employment Contract and Work Permit (if employed in India)

9 Rs. 8,100/- INR in favour of Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi Debit / Credit Card
