New Delhi, Nov. 03 :- A dance performance of Bangladeshi child artists from Shadhona, a music and dance school run by famous dance and art director Lubna Mariam impressed audience at National School of Drama in New Delhi on Friday.
The Bangladeshi children performed at the opening of a four-day Bal Sangam dance and music festival organized by National School of Drama. They took part in a collage along with other Indian child artists coming from different states of India.
The Bangladesh team presented, Tak Dum Tak Dum Baje Bangladesher Dhol, a dance sequence choreographed by Lubna Mariam to thunderous cheers of the audience, many of them from different schools of New Delhi.
Celebrated Indian film star Sharmila Tagored opened the festival. Bangladesh High Commissioner to New Delhi Syed Muazzem Ali was also present as a guest of honour.
